Filling lines

Filling lines are systems designed for the filling of containers, flasks and bottles with solid, liquid and semi-dense products. A filling line can be composed of a number of machines that work in succession, or it can encompass a range of operations in a single integrated block. For example, a filling machine may include a system for the insertion of caps and stoppers, and/or a capping station. In particular, single integrated MultiGel machines are designed for the filling and capping of products for:

Filling lines are generally equipped with hopper-loading systems, moving slots for containers and filling nozzles. The setting of parameters in automatic machines allow the length of time a nozzle is inserted into a container, the filling speed and the filling range to be adjusted. The correct quantity of material in the loading system is thus dispensed into each container. If the machine is also fitted with a capping system, this operation can also be carried out by simply setting the process via the control panel. In particular, MultiGel makes:

MultiGel filling lines for powders, solids and fluids are the result of the company’s decades of experience in the laboratory and pharmaceutical industry machinery sector. Single-block filling and capping systems save space with a single, reliable, versatile and precise machine. Each MultiGel single-block filling machine is fitted with a 16-position star wheel driven by a Maltese cross system. They are also fitted with a touch screen connected to a management and control PLC allowing for easy operator use. By simply entering the relative values, the entire filling process is set.
