A cartoning machine for packing sachets into cartons is a machine that allows the reduction of packaging time for laboratory products. MultiGel cartoner machines are based on an automated packaging system to pack groups of 30 sachets into intermediate trays. The sachets are fed into the conveyor belt and led from it to the packaging station. Using a Pick&Place system controlled by a photocell, the sachets are detected on arrival, stacked, and placed in a tray previously positioned by the operator. When the carton has been closed it is moved to an area accessible to the operator, who picks it up and replaces it with an empty tray.
