Warranty in machines for the galenic pharmacy
It designs, manufactures and markets machines for the galenic pharmacy sector. Multigel is a point of reference in the sector, for product quality, tailor-made solutions, internal design office and after-sales service. The company was founded in 1936 as a mechanical workshop, linked to the textile machinery sector and military products. In the 1970s, the company began working in the sector of machinery for galenic pharmacies at the request of companies in the sector until it specialized, offering its own brand products, sold both in Italy and abroad. There are ten people at work today. “In 2014 – says Alberto Baldini, director of Multigel since 2014 – together with four partners, I took over a company branch. Since then there has been constant growth: ours is a niche sector with a very positive dynamic; in seven years we have almost tripled the turnover, which is divided equally between Italy and abroad. Compared to 2020, this year we are recording 15% more turnover. The machines are entirely made by us. Furthermore – he continues – we continue to supply spare parts and assistance for our machines sold 50 years ago ». There are many goals on the horizon. «By 2022 we will make the prototype of an automatic encapsulating machine – he says -. We are also developing a piece counter, a machine to fill bottles with solid bodies, we want to create a machine that is zero error and faster in counting. We have a network of distributors abroad (such as Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom) and we aim to develop new ones “.
