JUNIOR Powder mixing

The small size powder mixer Junior is equipped with a “V” shaped AISI 316 stainless steel container with a 0.5 or 0.25 liter capacity. Both types of container are equipped with a double opening (one for each of the cylinders forming the “V” shaped jar) for easy cleaning and thorough sanitation. On request, they can be equipped with fixed vanes to break up lumps of powder and allow for a perfect mixing even of small quantities of powder.

The machine is equipped with a PLC that controls all functions: from rotation time to speed to inversion time of the rotations. The machine is equipped with a safety system that stops movement in case of an accidental opening of the protection guard.
